You pay HOW much for a pedicure???

Pedicures start with a soak in hot water, typically with some type of essential oil added, followed by a sand or salt scrub of some type, and finished with a massage with some type of cream/lotion with more essential oils in it, right? Yeah, toenails get painted as well, but we're not going to talk about nail polish in this post. I just want to focus on the pampering part.

Step 1 - soak. Perfectly Posh gives you a combo pack of All Mix'd Up bath salts that YOU mix and match however you want. Each packet is good for 2-3 baths, which equals 4-6 foot soaks depending on how much you use. Multiply that by 6, and you get up to 36 pedicure soaks for $20.

Step 2 - scrub. Here's the fun part. There are three different options here! First is the Rubby Scrubby stick (2.5 oz for $19 - will last a few months) which has a pleasant peppermint scent to it. Next option is the Rio Rumba sand scrub (9oz for $24 - will last a few months) that has sugar and white sand to exfoliate feet, and jojoba and açaí to soften. You could also use a Snarky Bar (5 scents to choose from, 6 oz bar for $16- cut it into chunks with a sharp knife and it could last you up to a year) which is a shea loaded soap with vegan polylactic acid beads to scrub away dead skin while softening the skin.

Step 3 - lotion/moisturize. There are a few options here, as well! The Play Footsie Line has a Warm Your Sole warming foot balm, Cool Your Sole cooling foot balm, and Schwanky & Soft exfoliating foot crème, all 2 oz tubes for $17, which will last you a few months.
In addition to the Play Footsie collection, you could also opt for a Skindelicious body butter (10 oz tub for $24 - they last for months!)

So let's add this up. I'll choose the most expensive items for this. Soak - $20. Scrub - $24. Moisturize - $24. $68.... Let's round up to $75 to account for tax and shipping, just for argument's sake.

For $75 you get at least 25 pedicures. That is $3 per pedicure! The products are made in the USA from naturally based ingredients. So the next time you're getting ready to schedule your next appointment, consider buying the products to do it at home!
